A Quinn Martin Production . . .
While job searching in the Loop, I took the opportunity to use the MacBook Pro's on-board web-cam to do a little low-res portraiture. After a bit of Seashore (open source software for mid-depth photo manipulation), I ended up with the 70's TV show theme. I guess the next thing is to add some music (I hear The Streets of San Francisco, how about you? or this, or maybe this jewel?), with a little iMovie play, I think we will have a show . . . If I get to that point, well, . . . let's hope I find something better to do with my time by then.
Update: What hell happened at the end of the 70's . . . this is such a departure from earlier thematics . . .

Very cool!
As soon as I heard that funky brass/orchestral-type stuff I knew you were on to a winner.
Obviously you will need a "sidekick/straightman" to bounce your witty/sarcastic one-liners off. But who?
May I nominate the following:

As to the Barnaby Jones theme, once synthesizers entered the world of popular music it was ruined forever (laughs insanely).
Cheers,
Mr VB
My vote is for MacArthur.

Was that a mini-moog or one of the great ARPs? Best-Affen!
